1. Returns and Exchanges:

We appreciate your business at Berryka, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an in-stock product, please review our return policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

- The item must be in its original, unused condition.

- Leather, fabric, carpet, and thread must be uncut and/or not marked.

- DO NOT FOLD LEATHER.

- DO NOT FOLD FABRIC THAT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU ROLLED.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team at berryka@berryka.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

- Our support team will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the return process.

4. Shipping of Returns:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

5. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, the refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping cost.

- Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 - 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

6. Non-Qualifying Returns:

Returned goods that do not satisfy the specified requirements may not qualify for a refund.
